Manager

Brooks Lodge & Spa is an upcoming premier luxury resort located in a picturesque setting. The lodge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join it’s team as a Manager. Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations at Brooks Lodge & Spa, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability.
3. Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff members, providing training, guidance, and ongoing support.
4. Monitor and evaluate performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
5. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with various departments, including front office desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
6. Regularly review and update operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
9. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and amenities to uphold quality standards.
10. Stay up to date with industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience.


Requirements:


– Diploma in Hotel Management
– Crisis management skills
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
– Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving results.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Exceptional customer service orientation.
– Solid understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
– Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant technology.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
